Spinneys Abu Dhabi L.L.C. is one of the leading companies based in Abu Dhabi extending quality services to its customers. As part of our ongoing expansion we are having the following requirements for remote sites:



OPERATIONS MANAGER / LOCATION MANAGER (Preferably Arab Candidates)


Graduate from a recognized catering institute, over 10 to 15 years of experience of which 5 years in senior position in Industrial Catering managing multiple remote sites. You must be able to demonstrate commercial acumen, exceptional man management skills and willingness to work flexible hours. This position requires a dynamic, self-motivated, ambitious individual with a passion for food and a desire to succeed in the changing marketplace. You will be responsible for the day to day running of certain busy Operations, leading and motivating the Site Managers ensuring standards are maintained whilst maintaining cost controls.



CHIEF COOK Preferably Arab Candidates)


Diploma holder from a reputed institute. Should possess minimum 10 yrs. of work experience in industrial catering with strong personality, capable to run the kitchen, supervise the cooking and execute the menu. In depth knowledge of menu, menu planning, costing and a wide knowledge of Continental, Arabic, Asian dishes and good knowledge of pastry and sweet making. The successful candidate will have the ability to organize, train and motivate a kitchen brigade. Thorough knowledge of creative cooking, costing, budgets and HACCP standards.



HEAD WAITER Preferably Arab Candidates)


Graduate from a recognized catering institute. Strong physique, presentable and enthusiastic. Not less than 10 years experience in top class restaurant or a five star hotel. The successful candidate should possess good man management skills, customer service, good manners of welcoming guest and excellent in service)



COST CONTROLLER (General & F&B)


Degree / Diploma in Catering / Hotel Management, minimum of 5 yrs. experience in an industrial catering environment. To be pro-active in ascertaining results and investigating anomalies, to ensure the computer systems are running and used to their best potential, to produce relevant reports and suggestions to control the cost. This position will require extensive travel to all the sites including remote to establish controls in an effective and productive manner in coordination with Site / Operations Managers. Computer proficiency using spreadsheets is a pre-requisite.



PASTRY COOK (Preferably Arab Candidates)


You will assume full responsibility of the bakery and confectionary production including preparation of Arabic sweets. Relevant experience of about 5 to 7 years in similar capacity within the Hotel I Catering industry is a pre-requisite.



ARABIC COOK (Arab National)


You will assume full responsibility for all aspects of Food Production (Arabic and Local Cuisine) including menu planning, cost control, coordination with stores, promoting hygiene practices, maintaining safety standards and staff training. Relevant experience of about 4 years in similar capacity within the Hotel / Catering industry is a pre-requisite.
