GENERAL MANAGER (DEPUTY)


Qualifications

• Masters / BSc / or equivalent degree in E&I / Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering with 15 years experience in LSTK / EPC Projects. A
• ge 45 - 50 years.
• Thorough knowledge of construction management, contractual practices, inspection and safety standards in oil, gas and petrochemical field. The Individual must have contractual awareness, planning with exceptional communication skills QA/QC (7S09001-2009) & tar safety OHSAS 18001 awareness.
• Familiar with international codes and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Management of technical division in conformity with company policies and procedures to achieve Its strategic objective, in particular, implementation of proper project planning, work execution, QA / QC and safety in line with ISO 960 and OSHAS 18001 procedures as well as to meet client’s requirements and expectations.
• Monitor and control overall productivity and efficiency of all departments. Change order management.
• Awareness of the latest international and national standards, codes of practice and requirements.
• Ability to prepare of the annual budget for each project and every technical sub-department.
• Ability to develop policies, strategic planning objectives, budget.
• Ability to carryout timely communications and to Identify the required actions, present reports and important Information to management and supervisory staff.
