MAINTENANCE MANAGER
The position is responsible in managing the employees, equipment and software
resources to ensure the reliability and availability of all equipment and to
establish control in all the diverse processes involved in production. He will
ensure the implementation of Health & Safety program, for setting, controlling
and communicating the TPM plan and program and maintaining the integrity of the
JD Edwards Maintenance module. Candidate must have 5 years experience in cement
plant equipment maintenance, must be familiar with Loesche equipment (Vertical
Grinding Mills), experienced in Systems, Quality management and Industrial
Safety and Security procedures, Tribology, Metallurgy, Foundries, Welding and
Industrial Electricity. A degree in
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
CENTRAL CONTROL ROOM ENGINEER
The job is responsible for the efficient operation of the production process
from the control room.
Candidate must have a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, must have
2 years experience in a cement plant control room and must be familiar with
Loesche equipment (Vertical Grinding Mills).
READY-MIX PRODUCTION MANAGER
The position is accountable for managing the ready-mix plant operations.
Candidate must be an Arabic speaker, must have a minimum of 3 years experience
in cement or ready-mix plant operations, must have strong leadership and
communication skills. (Dubai and Abu Dhabi).
QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR
The position is responsible for the supervision of technical and quality control
activities at plant level. Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years relevant
experience in a ready-mix plant or in a construction company in GCC and must
have a degree in Chemical or Civil Engineering.
PLANT SKILLED WORKERS
BATCH PLANT OPERATOR
experienced in handling Aicon command batching system.
CONCRETE MIXER DRIVER
must have a valid UAE Heavy duty drivers license.
CONCRETE PUMP OPERATOR
must be skilled in concrete pump operation and maintenance.
PLACING BOOM OPERATOR / ERECTOR
must have experience in placing boom & tower crane
operation & repair.
LABORATORY TECHNICIAN
must be very familiar with concrete and aggregate testing.
PLANT ELECTRICIAN
strong experience in concrete/cement plant maintenance is required.
PLANT MECHANIC
