Basic function:
Supervision of construction work as per contract documents and approved
shop drawings and materials Field surveying using level, theodolite and
other surveying equipment AutoCAD drafting
Principle Duties:
Conducts site supervision of on-going projects which shall include the
following duties:-
Organizes and keeps records of approved shop drawings and approved
material samples on site office.
Checks and implement safety and fire protection measures and
environmental control and general cleaning of projects site in
compliance with Hospital Standards.
Inspect material upon arrival according to approved samples and
submittals and ensures safe storage of them.
Plans and performs survey work to determine the precise location
according to approved setout plans.
Establishes, with the contractor, on site accurate grid lines and
permanent benchmarks.
Conduction inspection of Civil/Architectural work as per approved shop
drawings.
Submittal of daily report for each site.
Makes coordination between contractor and different Hospital
departments as needed during construction of projects.
Implement all Hospital and related policies and procedures.
Perform AutoCAD drafting.
Performs other duties as assigned to him by Project Engineering.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required, Fluency in English is
must.
Experience & Other Qualifications: Four (4) years on construction
practice in the Civil Engineering and building projects.
Working with Hospital building projects preferred.
