Description: Required:
• Arabic native speaker
• New
* Independently manage channel (Tier 1 and Tier 2) in Saudi Arabia
region handling distributors and resellers.
* To ensure market share and growth to the assigned market.
* Develop, maintain, intensify and expand close relations within
Saudi Arabia sales area.
* Observe and analyze market, market trends and implement
marketing programs.
* Identify business opportunities within KSA Emerging
Markets (resellers, distributors)
* Identify new projects and initiate and follow-up
product qualification / design-in.
* Monitor sales operations and control achievements by
product and partners / resellers.
* Product Management: Deciding product line-up for the
region, inventory planning, demand vs. supply fulfillment, product
launches, forecasting demand, competition analysis, price positioning,
price strategy, profitability of the product, product mix, managing
ageing of inventory, managing various system requirements.
* Sales Management: Revenue achievement, yearly
growth, target setting, achievement of management and stretch plans, AR
collections, target setting for distributors, operational support for
area branches, setting targets for distribution partners (sell-in),
resellers (sales out).
* Channel Management: Direct engagement with tier 1
distribution partners and dealers, implementing various channel
incentive programs, implementing demand generation activities targeted
at end user, engage with channels in various segments namely corporate,
reseller and retailer levels, conducting channel meets and training
program on products.
* Reporting to Head of Division (HOD), Mobile Phones,
Dubai, U.A.E.
1. At least 8-10 years of extensive experience in Channel / Distribution
of Telecom products.
2. KSA experience.
3. Ability to perform and work under different conditions and a team
player.
4. Existing relationship with retailers and major distributors in KSA.
5. Understand Telecom market dynamics and derive quick solutions.
6. Post Graduate course in business management is an advantage.
7. Bilingual.
8. Good networking with the local industry.
9. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
10. Warm personality with great energy and initiatives; creative,
resourceful and meticulous nature.
Specific Knowledge:
1. Techno-commercial and marketing capabilities would be an advantage.

• Ensuring that Project quality Plan and procedures are activated at

• Performing inspections of installations when advised by

certificates; maintain files and document on supplied products
• Report on daily inspection and testing activities and issuing
non-conformance reports when the specification or procedural
requirements are not met.
• Maintain inspection and testing records.
• Coordination with main contractor’s MEP coordinator and Consultant on
all aspects of site inspections.
• Coordination with site staff and main contractor regarding all QC
matters.
• Preparation and analysis of Non Conformance Report after reporting
same to Project QA/QC Manager.
• To conduct surveillance on the inspection tests required in the
technical provisions of the specification.
• To carryout the preparatory, initial and follow up inspections as per
the approved ITP.
• To perform and witness all testing required at sub-vendors premises
and approved independent testing laboratory as recommended.
• Ensuring that all concealed works are completed satisfactorily and
accepted by consultant before clearing to civil and finishes team
• To review shop drawing, materials and equipment submittals.
• To allow the Project Manager’s staff to utilize the testing devices
and equipment for spot tests.
• Conduct off-site inspections for items fabricated or assembled at
suppliers’ premises.
• Provide monthly report of off-site QC activities
