Responsibilities
18. 1. Day to day analysis on 3G RAN network performance by analyzing
statistics.
19. 2. Ensure a healthy 3G RAN network performance by regular audits and
sanity checks, using statistics from the radio network.
20. 3. Analyzing Reports for performance anomalies/exceptions.
21. 4. Investigating and escalating performance issues to concern
department.
22. 5. Producing 3G Radio Network Performance Add hoc or Special
Reports.
23. 6. Provide recommendation for radio network expansion and corrective
maintenance.
7. Provide recommendations for 3G RAN performance improvement.
Training & Course
1. Nokia 3G SYSTRA
2. RDBMS, MS-SQL, Sybase or Oracle Database
3. UNIX shell script writing, debugging
4. Advanced knowledge of UNIX and SQL-programming
5. Computer Skill ( Excel, Words and MS-Office).
Education & Work Experiences'
24. 1. Degree of Telecommunication/Computer Engineering.
2. 5 years of experience in Network Performance Quality. Having minimum
2 years experience in 3G UMTS technology
3. Working in O&M and multi vendor environment is a plus.
Maximum Salary will be 3000USD-4250 USD with respect to the Experience.
