Normally it happens when members don’t have Internet Access for the address on which they are receiving mails. It happens only in case of using those companies domain who are not providing Internet access to their employees. Solution for this problem is

· to become member by those addresses where members can have access to the Internet. Or

Some members don’t have Internet access or some want to receive files in WORD format files as attachment. If we start sending files as attachment, it will block INBOX of many members. Size of files sent in a month is normally 10.00 MB to 11 MB per month (weekly 2.0 MB to 2.5 MB average). When some members INBOX block due to maximum utilization capacity, member (i) cannot received their other mails (ii) members cannot receive their mails from the group also because members status changes from Active Members to Bouncing Members upon bouncing / return of mail.

Some time we are receiving mails for thanks from some members for getting response and getting jobs. If some members are not getting any response, don’t be dishearten. Some Members requests to change their e mail receiving status. For Example

They want to receive their mails once in a week (Collecting all messages together in one e mail)

Yahoo allows only these four mailing status. These are

· INVIDIVIDUAL E MAILS Send individual email messages.

· DAILY DIGEST Send many emails in one message as digest. In this case members will receive all messages as a digest in one mail but attachments will not be missed.

· SPECIAL NOTICES Only send me important update emails from the group moderator if send message is marked as Special Notice

· NO E MAIL Don't send me email, I'll read the messages at the Web site ( in case Group does not have any Web Site then members will not receive any messages )

If your email account ("ahmed_abdullah@isp.com") refuses to accept email from other accounts, then your account is said to "bounce" email. This usually means that if someone sends you an email, their message is returned to them with an error from your Internet service provider (ISP).

If Yahoo! Groups gets such an error back from your account after sending you a message, Yahoo consider your account to be "bouncing" email.

If messages sent to a member are consistently returned to Yahoo! Groups with an error, that member is considered "bouncing." Their Yahoo! Groups account is deactivated, and group messages will not be delivered to the account.

Once an account is considered bouncing, Yahoo! Groups will send a series of test messages to the member. If the test messages are returned as undeliverable, then the account will continue to bounce. However, if a message is delivered and not returned as undeliverable within five days after it was sent, the account will automatically be reactivated. Members may also manually reactivate their accounts by visiting their My Groups page.
